Basic Flood Zone Determination w/Base Flood Elevation (BFE)

Full property flood zone determination and NFIP community participation status including Census Tract and HMDA data delivered electronically through a variety of interfaces, standard and customized. Automated determinations are completed and delivered within seconds. Manual determinations are fully researched by a Map Analyst returned immediately upon completion.

Life-of-Policy Flood Zone Determination w/Base Flood Elevation

Ordered in addition to a Basic Flood Zone Determination, the property is tracked for NFIP map revisions and the client is notified of any change in flood zone status throughout the life of the insurance policy.

"Grandfathered" Flood Zone Determination w/Base Flood Elevation

A "grandfathered" determination is made using the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) that were effective on the Date of Construction of the property in question. Included with this product is a copy of the out-of-date FIRM used to complete the "Grandfathered" Flood Zone Determination.

Standard Map Copy

Electronic copy of the flood map with property location identifying special flood hazard areas, 500-year flood hazard areas and non-flood prone areas including flood hazard determination information

Premium Map Copy

Full dispute resolution product that includes a copy of the FIRM with property boundaries scaled, copy of the front page of the FIRM, supporting evidence of property location, detailed property information, and a Basic Flood Hazard Determination.

Community Look-up

An automated product that provides the Community Name, Community Number, Participation Status, Panel Number, FIRM Panel Date, Panel Suffix, County Name, and County Code. If the request does not automate, then there is no charge.

Portfolio Processing

Portfolio of addresses requested and returned in desired file format. Records are processed and the appropriate flood zone determination information is returned electronically. This service can be provided with automation-only or auto/manual processing

Elevation Certificate

This service provides elevation information necessary to determine the proper insurance premium rate for a property. An Elevation Certificate requires an onsite analysis of a property by a certified surveyor. A network of certified surveyors is managed to provide national coverage to our insurance clients.

FloodRisk

A customizable automation-only product designed for use as a marketing tool by the agent to provide the insured with an understanding of their property's flood risk often introduced during the homeowners insurance quoting or writing process. The agent receives a preliminary flood zone determination showing flood zone status and, if applicable, the proximity of the property to the nearest Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA).
